Collections & Deliveries

Standard Service: All collections will be made within 24 hours on weekdays -deliveries will be made within 7 days of receipt of Purchase Order. [Both are free of charge UK and ROI] 

Urgent Repairs: Same day collection and delivery charges will be passed on at cost.

Rapid Repairs: Same day collection and delivery charges will be passed on at cost.

Quotations

Standard Service: Quoted within 3 days of receipt

Urgent Repairs: Quoted within 48 hours of receipt.

Rapid Repairs: Quoted within 24 hours of receipt

Free Evaluation

If our quotation is not accepted there will be no charge for evaluation. The unrepaired item will be returned at no cost.

Turnaround Time

Standard Service: All repairs returned within 7 days unless otherwise advised.

Urgent Repairs: All repairs returned within 2-3 days. Premium of 15% charged for this service

Rapid Repairs: All repairs worked on 24 hours until completion. Premium of 30% charged for this service.
